Yes.
I have no face. The front of my head is occupied by a sheet of paper with 5 lines on it. My hair clips the paper over my head and the paper is the only thing that lies between my brain and the outside world.

And yes I look like my avatar. I have blonde, spikey hair and I always wear shades and never show teeth when smiling.
