I do.

I've been listening to this Russian band called Nogu Svelo which translates into Cramp in the Leg! I don't think any of their songs are in English, but I love the music.

I've also listened to Irish (Gaelic), German, Japanese, and Chinese music.

If it sounds good to me, thats good enough for me.

I guess I'm just wondering if its rare or if its pretty common? Knowing how most Americans are, I'm guessing it's pretty rare.

I like Rammstein, but that's about it. Not to say there isn't anything else out there that I would listen to, just haven't heard it yet. Lyrics are largely unimportant to me anyway in most cases.

Oh and there's that one song from the Vanilla Sky soundtrack. Sigur Ros I think?

i tend not to pay much attention to the lyrics, maybe thats what makes it easier for me to listen to stuff i don't understand

I don't think I ever really care about what the lyrics are saying and so yes, I do, doesn't bother me at all that I don't understand it either.

yes. music is music. not understanding the words doesn't take away too much from the song. the only time i would ever think not knowing the meaning would take away is if there is some message to the song. if a song is well written then you can almost 'feel' the emotion from the music itself

I like German metal, but I like it less since I've started to learn German. Russian music can be pretty cool, too, and you can't beat Spanish for dancing music.

Khmer music is surprisingly good. I'm a sucker for the sitar in Indian music as well. And I can sing every work to Champs Elysees wouldn't have understood a word if not for an online translation.

and Thai rock music.. it actually might be bad to most people but it brings back memories for me so I like it.

Japanese Music.

I find that English Music tends to bore me quicker, because I just memorize all the lyrics, and after a bit, its just not fun to listen.

Korean Music stands on edge, because while I'm fairly fluent, I can't understand well when a person is speaking quickly. Also, too many lovey, mishy mashy, guys that look like girls songs.

I tend to like Japanese music mostly because I can listen to it, and appreciate the music, and the emotion of the voice, and not just the words.

I've listened to Indian music. I find it hilarious.
