Last year I was very happy with how I looked. I lost 40lb (210 to 170) and I was going to the gym. Now with a 3 hour commute and a full time job and hardly have any time anymore to hit the gym. I have gained 15lbs and I don't look as fit as I used to. I think I will be in better shape when the weather gets a little warmer and I start biking some more.
