Siracha is great on most things but I like Tapatio or Cholula on my Mexican dishes.
Tabasco, franks and this are all great. I have them all in my fridge. Each has a good flavor and depending on my mood is what i have.
but man the Sambal Oelek is great. i love it on a cheeseburgers!

I just cut the seal and tried it. I didn't think it was to bad. It has really good flavor.Just tried it... I've never had the suace, so I can't fully speak - but it's... alright... I'd take the fiery BBQ or new Black Pepper Garlic over it for sure.
