p.s. peanut M&Ms as a topping are pretty tasty.
p.p.s. gummy fish are NOT a tasty topping on pizza.

Makes sense. Doktor Pizzei.

If it's a tuna & onions pizza, sure.
I like onions but it doesn't mean it has to be on everything, I like differentiating.

I've always loved onion on pizza but others often complain when I order it ("meat 'n' cheese only!" babies) so I usually order supreme (includes onions) and they never notice.

chicken, sundried tomatoes (the dry kind, not oil), red onions and green olives

pepperoni is a kiddie topping

no.

I very rarely care for onions unless they're diced so small and part of a larger dish such that I hardly notice them (eg: diced onions in a chili)

I do like onions on pizza, but once pizza becomes 'leftover pizza' the onions seem to get kind of slimy and gross imo.

If you're going to put sundried tomatoes on the pizza, then go all the way: sundried tomatoes, shrimp scampi, scallops, on a white pizza with a buttery sauce. Lightly covered with just enough cheese to hold it together.

I remember the day I saw that at one of the pizza expos - I thought "ewww, but I'll have to try it anyway." It was probably one of the tastiest pieces of pizza I had ever had. And, that day alone, I probably sampled 50 different unusual combinations of toppings.

absolutely disgusting on pizza. at least bell peppers i can pick off, but onions flavor the whole damn thing and are near impossible to see.

I've never had a pizza that was made bad by toppings. I don't generally go exotic, but I've had a few "artsy" combinations. I've had some that weren't prepared so well. Dominos kind of sucks, but I'll eat it if you give it to me.

The worst pizza I've seen, I didn't actually eat myself. I was offered a piece, but turned it down. It was sitting in a pan with about 3mm of oil in the bottom. It looked disgusting :^D

If you're going to mention the crap served by Dominos by name, you ought to be able to mention the crap served at Pizza Hut by name. 😛

Damn it! All I've had were 2 cups of coffee this morning. Now I want some pizza for breakfast or lunch or whatever meal I should be eating (besides drywall dust as I sand)

<------ Bows down before Herr Doktor Pizza.

I'll add that sauteed onions and green peppers are a great base for SO many things, especially when accompanied by garlic.

Also, imho, a good sausge > pepperoni. Some day, in a more enlightened time, pepperoni will have gone the way of anchovies on Pizza . . . ok, probably never and also, anchovies have their place, just not on any pizza of mine . . . generally.
