You have to get the loin lamb chops, which are pricey and at least twice as expensive as the lesser chop cuts, but well, well worth it. They are anything but tough and stringy, in fact, they are the epitome of tenderness. And don't forget the mint jelly on the side! Terribly English, what what, and my fav meal growing up.
