Me and a few of my friends have this game we play when we go to bars where we will feed random people outrageous stories about ourselves to see how much they will believe.

Am I the only person (besides some of my friends) who enjoys this?
 
I like to make up stuff when people ask me questions. It's amazing what people will believe when you tell them with a straight face.
 
naw, better things to do with my time then come up with lies, plus i preferred to not be lied to so i will treat others with that in mind

ive done this for so long, it only works on new people now... i also like to argue with drunks about stuff i KNOW is wrong. its always fun when you change their opinion while drunk, then tell them the next day you were fuckin with em.
 
I like feeding anyone BS. I convinced my aunt that I spent a summer in Costa Rica even though she had seen me that summer... As long as you stay committed, people will begin to believe even the most blatant falsehoods.
 
I usually have enough interesting things to talk about that are actually true.

That and I don't talk to random people very often.

and when you turn your back and walk away, we are making fun of you by making serious faces and mouthing "fuck you" while wagging our heads back and forth. pull the stick out yer ass and have a good time. unless the stick is your good time, then add a couple more so youre happier.
 
For me it's pretty easy to tell when people are just making shit up. Not sure why it would be amusing to lie, every other d'bag does that anyway.

i have the uncanny ability to make things stick to my forehead (or fivehead, as my oldest calls it). once while in the hospital waiting for my ex to get treated, i convinced my mother in law that i had a steel plate in my forehead after sticking a magnet clip to my forehead. even when i told her i got it back in 'nam she didnt get it, despite the fact i was 22 yrs old at the time, and it was 1991. family members still bring it up as one of her more stellar moments in time.

The "game" is called being a bullshitter. It's instant for some people when you add alcohol. 😛
 
All the time at bars. This is our specialty.

My buddy was in Australia for 3 years so he knew a bit about the place. Whenever we'd go to bars he;d pull out a fake Aussie accent and the girls would melt. I was kind of worried one time, because we ran into a girl who was actually from Australia. Either she was really drunk or he's that good, because she didn't even catch his bullshit.

Other times we'd go out and some of us would be jet pilots, others would be back from deployment, etc. Which isn't hard to pull off because we're all in the military.

Man, get a bunch of Army guys together and it's always something interesting.
