I like the fluffy clouds, but when it's just fully clouded then it's just a white/grayness and it gets boring after a while.

I like them as long as:

1. They stay up in the sky and don't block my view of the road:

2. They don't block my astronomy viewing at night.

3. They don't produce dry lightning and start fires. (I.e. I want rain with my lightning.)

Yes, nothing better than a warm (low 70s) summer day with just enough clouds to dim the sunshine.

I like them a lot in the summer. Anything that blocks the burning searing orb of heatpain. Super bonus if water drops out of them.

Is that sarcasm? I suspect so, but that sounds like great weather for me. I have Portland Maine weather on my panel to compare it with MD trash. 54F in Portland, and 79F here :^(
