No new boundary of taste, but homey and nice.

That's what we southerners call "egg in a basket"

I totally dig breakfast for dinner once in a while, except for some reason, I strongly prefer waffles over pancakes, whereas the opposite is true in the morning. Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, buttermilk biscuits, gravy, fried potatoes or hash browns, a small steak fried in some left-over bacon or sausage grease.

I'd be all over that like plaque on an arterial wall.

Yeah, you're a freak. Sorry. :(

I'm assuming you created some fake accounts for the 3 other people that don't like breakfast for dinner.

Not pancakes or omelets but we do french toast, waffles, scrambled egg sandwiches, etc for dinner.

We save pancakes for Saturday mornings.

most of england calls it toad in a hole as well, and its excellent, you can also just butter the bread and drop the egg in the hole and fry it

Oh hell yeah, breakfast dinners are pretty common in my house, I figure maybe 2 or 3 times a month I take that avenue for the evening. I like making big Irish breakfasts for myself, but seeing as the wife doesn't eat pork I more often break out my Belgian waffle press and maybe whip up some omelets and home fries. She thinks I'm crazy for involving grilled tomatoes, baked beans and a Guinness with anything remotely breakfast-like, but then I think she's crazier than an outhouse rat for hating bacon.

I know. Bacon. *shakes head*

Dennys is a college kid's heaven at 2am. Seriously. That or Jack in the Crack but I've gone to Dennys way too many times with books and a laptop and its pretty interesting at late night. Of course IHOP beats all but sure... breakfast is the best meal of the day.

At work I coined the phrase BFL (breakfast for lunch).

Once a week or so we go to one of the hundreds of low budget delicious breakfast/diner type places in Chicago and get breakfast.

BFD sounds amazing too but I don't do that one too often

 Oh god the memories...skillets and pancakes with assloads of coffee after a couple pitchers!

IHOP owns pretty hard...pancakes with strawberries, blueberries or bananas and maple syrup om nom nom... :)
