19. I lie about my age constantly. Turns out most people don't want a math tutor younger than 20... luckily I usually get away with it. Was worse when I was 16, and was teaching 20-somethings Calc...

No, but then, people don't often ask.

I'm usually mistaken for being under 21 though, despite being......it's 2008? 26 years old then. (No, I don't even keep track of how old I am.)

Nobody at work knows how old I am. I don't like birthday celebrations. Blah.

Nope, it makes life too complicated to try to remember which number I may have told to which person, so I always just tell the truth.

I've never felt the need to lie about my age, it doesn't matter to me if people know my age.

Kind of shy away from it. All of my peers are early 30s to late 50s. Since I'm 22, I try to not mention it, but I will tell them (or make them guess) if they ask. I usually get a shocked/surprise face out of them. :p

After walking into a house carrying a case of beer and coming face to face with Chris Hanson, I told a small lie and said I was 16.

I just told him I was the beer delivery guy, the lie matched my shirt too.

Yep, I tell girls I'm a certain age all the time. One year younger gets me in college and one or two years older makes up for being so young working full time in a corporate environment. It depends on who I'm talking to.

People look confused if I walk up to a counter with alcohol in hand... and then breathe a sigh of relief when they see my driver's license :biggrin;

I can usually get away with shaving about 5 years off my age, but I don't bother anymore. I still get carded for most anything, although the movie folks haven't asked for about a year now. Not bad for 33.

When I was less than 21, I used to tell bartenders, liquor store employees, and bouncers for some concerts I was 25. (rarely got carded back then since my beard was very very very bushy since about 16)
Since I turned 21, no, I haven't had any use for lying. I have generally kept my beard trimmed better too.
