Whoever thinks they're 2-4%, you're not. You need 2-3% just to LIVE, and maintaining 4% would be practically impossible...your life would probably have to revolve around eating the correct diet and working out to maintain that.

5'11" 191 pounds. no clue what my BF% is, but it's probably high. Getting close to 30 and being married tend to add to your BF for some reason. I was 25 lbs lighter before I met my wife....sheesh. Man, I'm a whale, lol.

i'm on the left

Um, just b/c it's professionally done doesn't mean it was accurate. Your abs aren't BB-class defined, who are 5-6% at competition level. You have no striation on your chest or shoulders or arms. That's definitely not 3.5% BF. You're probably around 9% in that picture.

i wasn't measured w/ calipers. i was at the health center and had to sit in this egg shaped device which was curtained off while they ran this computer on me. i did it for fun last year b/c all fitness instructors were allowed to get it done for free, but usually i heard that it costs like 60 bucks

I'm not an expert, it's just my opinion. I'm too lazy to try to get my BF in the single digits - yours definitely is, just not 3.5% bf. Props on that 😀

Man you are boney.

Toula eat something 🙂

I just had mine tested, using both the calipers and the the electric-charge device. calipers said I have around 7%, and the other device gave me an error saying it was out of range. Its range goes down to 5%, so it obviously thought I had less. The people guessed I have 6-7% and were very worried about my state of health until I told them I run 60 miles a week 😉

5' 8"

140lbs

~8 maybe 9%

I play a lot of sports on the side 🙂-P wrestling baseball swimming) wrestling demands very low body fat but iquit wrestling last year for baseball.

6'3' 230lbs - 11-13%. I have to agree with all of the people who say 2-4% is impossible, because it is. Unless you're suffering from some kind of debilitating disease you MUST have more then 2-4% to survive. And the same person claiming to haev 2-4% also claims 17% for men would be borderline high? 15-17 is the suggested bf for men.

I'm 5'11" and 200 lbs.

I've gained weight since I started riding bicycles up and down mountains for fun.... I think each thigh is at least 5 lbs heavier than it used to be.

I have no idea what my body fat percentage is.

5'5"
168lbs
16%

With winter coming, so starts my numbing outdoor training. With a little luck, I'll be down to 12% by the start of spring & still have my fingers. 🙂
