Dumbasses not using blinkers think they have some kind of divine right to just merge without letting people know. I have seen many occasions on the highway where two unblinking morons, one from the left and one from the right merge into the same lane and swerve like crazy at the last minute to prevent an accident. Lesson learned morons!

then there are the morons who are on a straight away on the highway and either have their music up too loud or on their cellphone and hev left their
blinker on for several miles, leaving people guessing whether they are going to switch lanes or not

I've stopped looking for other people to use their signals. Most people either do it too late like signalling when they're already drifting into your lane, or never use it. In the last week alone, I could have been sideswiped maybe 4 times because some jackass started drifting into my lane without signalling or checking. Nowadays, I watch the tires of the car next to me, looking for a drift before being forced to let them in.

Learn how to use it.....it's not hard.

I just have noticed over 3 years that Dallas traffic gets worse and worse. Blinkers are the main problem. I find it funny when I am moving along, and someone 6 ft in front of my to my left or right wants in my lane, starts coming over (without a blinker) and I have no warning. I either slam on my brakes or keep going and "I" get the finger.

Fuck you too buddy....get laid and stfu!

Happy Thursday to all!

Just curious, if he had used his blinker would you have sped up to prevent him from moving over? I have noticed a pretty direct relationship here in Northern Virginia as it has moved into traffic hell status over the past 20 years that the most likely response to signaling a lane change is to have some idiot speed up to keep you from making that lane change.

I hate this too. For me it's so automatic that it happens for every turn I make. Sometimes I even catch myself use it for a turn where, there's no where else to go, then I'm like "wait, I don't need this on".

And yeah I hate people who just leave the thing on. If you here a "click click click click" and you're not about to turn, turn it off!

What he said! There have been times I am coming up on a curve in a residential area where I automatically flip the blinker that I am going right!

Yea I noticed the same this morning at the on-ramp from 635 onto 75 North heading into Richardson.

Was in the left lane and a bus was to my right, no room to get over, but doofus (behind bus) decides to speed up and slams on his brakes when he realizes the bus and I are too close on the road for him to get through.

My drive:

170 (alliance gateway) --> 114 --> 121/114 --> 114 --> George Bush TP --> 635 --> DNTOLLWAY AND 635

I counted 62 douche bags this morning that didn't use their blinker. 27 of them cut someone off.....but all of them got an "out the window finger" from me.

I'd hate to be the guy checking your blood pressure.

Now that you mention it, I've seen that too.

I wish people would get pulled over when they're caught making turns without their blinker.

Back when I took my first driver's test in PA, I lost a point for not using a blinker in a parking lot. I thought it was fair.

Signals people - its called communication. Let other drivers know what you're doing!

Sometimes I neglect to do it when there's nobody around. But if it could remotely affect someone I always signal. I've noticed that driving in NY and NYC, the blinkers dont mean a thing because no one bothers to let you in.
