You do realize that some women get breast implants after having a mastectomy due to cancer. It makes them feel better about themselves after the ordeal. Yes, I know at least one person who has breast implants due to breast cancer.
 
I would tend to have an irrational fear of playing with them a little too vigorously and then seeing them slowly shrink before my eyes... :Q
 
The girl that I know that got them got them for herself and no one else. Almost a year later and she is still extremely happy she got them.

You know, as crazy as this world is, you'd think someone would have made a third breast by now using implants. While I've met plenty of women with breast implants, I've never met a woman with three breasts. That would be interesting.

just go to a strip club any given night and you'll see a wide variety of implants...some good...some bad...some silicone....some saline....have a few rubbed in your face and you'll see what the difference is. Defiantely something every man should do if he has a boob fetish and thinks his gf would look better with em bigger.
 
Yes, my friend who cuts my hair got them done.
She was hot before them, and she's hot after them.

She let me and my gf feel them, they feel very real.
 
they are nice to look at but they feel like crap.
I've felt plenty of real boobies ranging from natural A cup to D cup, they all have very similar texture.

Implants suck to play with, they are all rock hard, def doesn't feel normal.

edit - also, ever watch howard stern? he always says that he can pick out implants just by feeling them for a few seconds. it IS that easy.

Meh, whatever floats their boat I say.

My gf has implants because she was going to have reconstructive surgery anyway for a lumpectomy. She figured, hey, while you're working on those...She did, of course, have to pay of her own pocket for the implants, but she decided on them because she was going to be undergoing surgery anyway. She always had a self-image deal because all the other women in her family have big boobs. I like them very much, especially if it helps with her self-image/confidence.

My guess is that you're going to run into more and more people with implants, and you'd never know it if they didn't tell you (the case of my gf), or you didn't get to feel them outright....and even that's getting tough.

I'm glad you chimed in with that.

We are so obsessed with what we are 'supposed' to look like that we forget about the most important things in life. Looking like you are about to nurse a baby is only important if you are actually about to nurse a baby. 😛 I guess implants seem like trying too hard to be 'sexy' to me, unless they are reconstructive.

Of course, it's your body and you can do what you want, but don't say it's because you want to look good or something, because you probably already do.

Well, then there is a chance that said girl might not be hott. But she will still be rich, as that procedure would come out of her pocket.
 
Not to get into a flame fest, but how is it any difference than getting ones hair done, shaving, wearing "nice" clothes? It's all the same thing, only on a little different level.

Of course, everyone knows my feelings, i don't need to elaborate.
