maybe it's not his

The mailman had an extra special delivery that day.
Actually, the last ultra sound showed that she's going to give birth to an alien. :Q

I have lost around 30 lbs. in the last couple of months by just exercising more and not eating as much crap as before. Have not felt this good physically in a very long time.

Speaking of weight.. I got a physical and my doctor told me I should be 150-200lbs. I'm 6'4" - HTF could I be 150lbs?

Anyhow I'm trying to get to 200lbs by walking to work and eatting better. So far so good..

I lost 40lbs. the summer I graduated from HS, not sure how I lost it, just lost it. I managed to keep it off for the last couple of years until now...Ive seemed to some how gain about 15lbs.

I lost nearly 70 pounds. I slowly cut back on the amount of food I ate, and slowly added exercise. Emphasis on "slowly". It took about a year or so. I went from 250 down to 182. With weight training and being lazy on the cardio, I'm currently at 195.

same here. i realized i was getting quite the gut on me. jeans and suits weren't fitting well any more. Now those same jeans need a belt to keep them up. went from somewhere around 235 down to 200 right now.

just got rid of my ****** diet and started running. feel great

I'd like to get back down to about 180, but i seem to have hit a wall and can't seem to break the 200lb barrier. i'm running 4-5 times a week (up to just over 3 miles), do lots of sit ups every day, and have a manufacturing job. I'm still not eating many calories but can't lose any more weight 🙁

I wish I could put it on. I worked hard (2-3 months probably) last spring to put on 10lbs to make 165lbs. And then I got overworked and couldn't eat right, had to skip lunches, 80 hour weeks, no time or energy to work out...so I lost 20lbs. My girlfriend started calling me Auschwitz....and she's Jewish! I'm back to the boring 155lbs. 🙁

I need to lose about 10 pounds but I like to eat too much 🙁.

I work out daily, don't drink soda, don't eat candy or sweets, rarely drink alcohol (1-2 beers/month), but I'll polish off a huge plate of spagetti or a large pizza by myself 😛

When I was 13-17 yrs old I had a 29% body fat index. The most i ever weighed was 188 lbs @ 5'11.I joined the cross country team at 17 yrs old, dropped down to about 10% body fat. At 18 yrs old the lowest i ever weight was 135 lbs. Lost 50+ lbs in total. I was a skinnnny mofo then. I started lifting weights and eating more. Now less than 2 years later iam 167 lbs at 11% body fat.

No way I would ever go back to being fat again. It just would not happen.
