I sometimes do that.

What's even stranger is that SO MANY of my posts in longer topics end up on the bottom of a page or the top of a new one...

The likelihood of it happening to me goes way up the more time I spend on my post.

Yeah, that seems to happen to me a lot. I'll post in a thread thats currently very active and often with one of my more serious posts...only to see the thread suddenly and inexplicably die and fall of that page.

Then I'll resurrect a dead thread from 3 months ago and the guy I'm quoting/responding too some how instantly sees it and starts posting, and the thread will have a decent renaissance for some reason.

Whats even worse though is when the thread killing post isn't serious, and its just an off color joke...and not one of my better ones.

Oh god it would be so funny if the thread died right there.

But I had to save you, I just had to. That was the most depressing soliloquy I've ever heard.

Popular ATOT personalities (Nik, DainBramaged, Ryan, Red Dawn, Amused, Moshquerade, KarenMarie, Zim Hosein, and several others) almost always get responses because people think it's cool to talk to them. They're the celebrities of ATOT. Then there's everybody else, for them it's a crapshoot. On the one hand people might be interested in what they have to say, on the other hand they are easily ignored because no percieved ATOT popularity points can be gained by talking to them. Same thing happens in real life with popular people, I think.

lol...I'm far from a celebrity

You could be included in the "several others". I don't know if I'd include you anyway though.

:p

No man is ever a prophet in his own home. The voice of reason is often ignored. Just a fact.

You are me. I am you.

You just have to talk about your penis more... people will notice..
