So I throw on a pair of jeans this morning, and my GF looks at me and tells me that I need to iron them. Granted, there are some wrinkles down near the bottom of the pants leg, but THEY'RE JEANS!! I DON'T CARE!!!! At the most, I might spray them with a water/pump bottle.

I put on jeans b/c I want to throw something on and be comfortable. I don't care about a few wrinkles. Granted, I'll iron my khakis and my dress pants, but jeans? Pffffffffff.

She's ironing them right now for me, so at least I don't have to do it.

never. when i worked at my dads drycleaning plant, i took all my pants/shirts in so i would have to do as little laundry as possible at home.

my jeans got pressed (without a crease), but only because it was free. now, since i moved, i just pull them out of the dryer and toss em over a hanger, if that.

i would never deliberately iron jeans. what a silly idea.
 
I now have freshly pressed jeans. The one good thing is that they are nice and warm 😀 Just like Kramer and his shirts 😛
 
I pulled out a pair of Fossil boot-cut jeans that are pre-stained and have some holes in them (I guess that's the new style) and asked if these need to be ironed too. She said yes.

She irons everything she wears. She just thinks that I look nicer with pressed jeans instead of wrinkled jeans. We just won't see eye to eye on that one. I'd rather not be bothered and be a bum than impress someone with nicely creased jeans.

I have our metro friend Joe to blame for this. He came over yesterday to play College Hoops 2K7 and was wearing some ironed jeans, some fancy square-tipped shoes and a preppy shirt. Thanks a lot Joe!!!!!!!!!! 😛
 
You dont iron jeans.
It says so in the "Guide to being a Gentleman" and most girls should appreciate that book.
However if you are worried about them looking bad, I recommend removing them and hanging 'em up right after a dry.

Add to that the fact that I didn't see your sig, and you can deduce that I'm not only mildly retarded, but voyeuristic.

 
Just like anything else, if they are so wrinkled that it looks like 'wtf look at those wrinkles' then yah they'll get ironed like anything else.
 
No, jeans are not to be ironed. That's the point of them. If the wrinkles bother her, just spray them with water and pop em in the dryer for a few minutes. Or tell her that the heat your body radiates will make the wrinkles fall out...eventually.
