Do you have to install Via drivers twice when dual-booting?

if i install win98 first. then dload all my drivers and install them. then i install win2k second. do i need to dload all the drivers again? some drivers like video and audio have win2k specific drivers, so do i need to dload those again for win2k? what about the 4in1's?

Yes you are running two completely different operating systems which reside in different partitions..

Dual booting is like having two different computers, only they're the same computer. You have to do everything AGAIN.

yes, you have to install the 4in1's in both OS's. Think of it as though you've got to total;ly different computers cobned into one that your switching back and forth between.

1) Format both partitions in FAT 32
2) Install win 98 on C
3)Install Win2K on D
