Do you have dreams where your computer is hacked/virus ridden

I have these recurring dreams where my PC is completely taken over by a virus. I try to boot in safe mode, but its always some impossibly elaborate virus that has super hacked my pc. Like, even the bios/dos promt is all wacky colors with crazy leet virus slang.

The one I had last night had me booting into safe mode to fix it, but "The virus had duplicated all the .exe files on my desktop into Russian secret blackmail files" 😛 And the IT department said I would "just have to pay the ransom or I will never use a computer again" oh noes! 😀

I always find them hilarious once I wake up, but during the dream it is complete utter terror and helplessness.

Any of you guys have these?

I've had dreams like that before. Worse is the dreams where my entire network gets hacked and like every single machine is toast and needs to be rebuilt, and who knows how much of my private data they've accessed, then I wake up and thank God it's just a dream.

One I can clearly remember though is where in the dream I went to my computer and for some reason partition magic was processing something, and I did not know what, but it made me nervous because I did not even boot off it to do any partition changes. I did not want to stop it as it would corrupt stuff but at same time I did not know if it was smart to let it go, and I started to panic.

Then I woke up, and immediately checked to make sure my computer was still on the desktop. 😛

Haha, I remember one time I was really really super sick and somewhat delirious, and I ended up on the bathroom at like 3am in the morning. I half-woke up and kept thinking how I needed to swap out one of my kidneys with an upgrade, which in my delirious state was a hard drive - somehow my stomach hurt so bad I thought one of my "kidneys" was failing :laugh: I need a vacation from my computer, lol.

the last dream i can remember having, i was having sex with jahiera from baldurs gate 2.

but i woke up before getting beyond fingering.

seems like RAID 1 would be the better solution, i would call that a mission critical system, after all :laugh:

I would even opt for raid 10, to increase the performance. 😛
 
no... I haven't had any type of virus/worm/malware/etc on my computer since I stopped downloading crap off of KaZaA/morpheus (which is to say, when my college blocked it in 2002 and I switched over to usen... er, that which shall not be named)
 
i've had several dreams where my tablet gets a virus. I think, "crap, now i'll have to reinstall everything".
