every morning when i wake up.. my arms hurt like hell. just my fingers, palms, and the muscle from the hand to the elbow. i can't even make a fist.. but.. then after like 1 or 2 pm.. the pain is gone.. wtf is up with my arms!
 
You have chronic tendonitis. Get used to it it never goes away completely. You will learn to live with it like many of us have.😉
