It's funny because the trigger-mongers present it as a real thing but nobody outside the US has ever heard about it unless they've seen the dank memes that originated from the phenomenon. While apparently some colleges have introduced trigger warnings everywhere.

My angry drunken father screaming at me is much worse. And almost anything can trigger the fear. A drunk person. A sober person screaming. Talking about alcoholics or drunkeness. Talking about angry fathers. Abusive fathers. Lots of stuff.
