I've got an underbite and i can't for the life of me whistle, starting to wonder if it's just a lost cause due to my malfunctioning teeth alignment. What say you fellow xbiters?

I had a pretty bad overbite when I was a kid. Went to an orthodontist to fix it with braces. Braces were painful but straight teeth and no overbite were worth it.

oops forgot your other question. I could always whistle, before and after the braces.

I have a pretty bad underbite due to some disorder of the jaw, but I can whistle (albeit not very well).

I have a substantial overbite, and whistle occasionally while speaking due to it. Braces failed.

Overbite, which was, in theory, corrected by braces. Teeth are straighter, but the overbite is still there. No, I can't whistle; never been able to.

Interesting... not sure there is a correlation there though.

I can whistle five different ways, but no over or underbite for me.
