My issue is that I'm too comfortable sticking with what I like. The times I explored were when I was injured and took a peak the Hot 100 #1s. That's how I landed on Olivia Newton-John and Belinda Carlisle. Sometimes, a nab from the Salvation Army dumping ground expands the horizons, such as grabbing Don Henley's solo album with The End of The Innocence.

But some days I can't stop listening to Haydn's 2nd Cello Concerto when performed by Emmanuel Feuermann, and well, Mariah Carey's Emotions has never faltered in the hundreds of times I've listened to it over the past few years.

The weird obsessiveness of putting music in specific genres by metal heads and defining whether it is good/or "true" based on that....
To me it definitely sounds like black metal :p

Did you I ever try to push Orm on you?
Im not sure if you have recommended Orm before to me, but, i'm liking the intro to this, and the drumming is wonderful. I've bookmarked their bandcamp, thanks!
