Do you have a support our troops magnetic ribbon on your car?

There's been a similar thread in the past.

I feel bad for the troops. I wished they had never been sent to a meaningless war. But I don't see how you can say "support the troops" and not support the war. The war makes no sense so I won't use any propaganda that supports it.

As a side note to this thread...

If you do have one, RIBBONS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED VERTICALLY please try not to publicly display the fact the fact that you are complete inept idiot and put the damn thing on horizontally.

No. I don't mind the troop ribbons.

I just think the other ribbons, like for autism and bleach and crap like that, are ridiculous.

And I don't think I've seen ANYONE with the ribbons placed vertically. I've seen them around the antenna. I've seen them in different formations to make lame designs, but I've never seen them vertically.

You know what. I absolutely hate that sh!t. What the fvck does a damn ribbon do for the troops? Screw that. If you want to really support them, write them a letter, or send them some pr0n.
Tas.

what does that do for the troops over seas? not much. what does it do to the troops when they come home and see this, a lot. when i came home on leave from Guam over x-mas, and saw all the "support our troops" ribbons on a lot of the cars in the surrounding towns/cities, you cant help but get warm feeling inside knowing that ppl out there do care for the troops and its not a myth. simple things like that go a long ways.

but for the troops who cant come home, send them care packages. Maxim, i believe, has a thing where you can send them yer old mags and they send them to the troops in iraq.

I think those magnets are made for morons. So my answer is no, I don't want everyone who drives behind me to know that I'm a moron.

Well, I guess people are different, but when I was away from home on deployments, it was awesome getting anything in the mail... Especially scented letters and pics. Just my thoughts though.

Where is the poll option for "No, supporting the Chinese economy doesn't support our troops and makes whoever has it on their gas guzzling SUV look like a bandwagon patriot with no concept of reality" ?

I picked this one. A little harsh, but it sums up my position pretty well.

I've always thought they are absoluetely retarded, when i saw them for sale in the gas station and saw "Made in China" I couldnt help but laugh... the person at the register kind of looked at me oddly. I'm all for supporting people risking their lives for our freedom, but putting a ribbon made in god damn fvcking china is a freaking joke.

no, they're ghey

i support our troops...by not driving land barges, turning off the lights, neffing by a candle 😛
