yee ..my previous S14 was rare, atleast in Canada. Only 6000 or so were sold in all of Canada. And the 5-spd with VLSD, ABS, sunroof were really really rare!

Unfortunately its gone now, so one less S14 that an enthuisast can drive.

What did you do with the VLSD?

Nothing? The car got totalled so they (Ins company) pretty much own it. And some guy bought it off they for a parts car. The dude bought our car withing three days after it was totalled! He's prolly using the VLSD (and those beautiful & comfortable leather seats) as we speak. I loved those seats!

If you want a VLSD, you can fit the ones from the J30 or 300ZX I believe.

Not sure of the production numbers exactly.. not too many 2001 neon R/T's were made... it's not really rare, but more so than your average car that's for sure. 😀

rare car, i wanted a 92/93 Daytona Iroc R/T before I got this thing.. now that is a rare car.

in origional condition mine is very common, but there was only 1 fullsize gasoline 4x4 running in the 14's at Cummins Truckfest the last few years 😀

Not really that rare... 95 Eclipse GS-T in Sarrano Red. But everyone thinks it's all show and no go...

heck, it's completely stock on the outside except for the 17" wheels and 235 series rubber. Then they hear the turbo drown out the exhaust noise. 😀

AWD right?

heh... stop teasing 😉

Dude, take the front plate off. The ticket for it is cheap if they even give you one in TX.

I had it off for a while. It didn't look good. The long smooth bumper surface just doesn't look right. I dunno... maybe I'll take it off next time I was the car so I can see how it looks when it's shiny.

try replacing the plate with a nice set of longhorns!

moo!

nice car btw

Hmmmmm... that gives me an idea! It may look good with one of those chrome Longhorn emblems on the bumper.

There's an orange 350z with horns mounted on the hood that I see at the strip club down the street.

Mine isn't that rare, but it's a TT which is rare around here: my car

dude r u on twinturbo.net? if not, you should be.

Yeah I am. Great site.

By the way, are you coming to the ECZA meet this Saturday? There's a dyno session and then we're going to Pat's house for a BBQ.

Infiniti G35 Coupe - it was rare when I got it but they're getting more and more common. :frown:

87 Porsche 944S. It's the 16-valve model; only about 1500 imported into U.S. 49k miles. It's a blast to drive but a little slow by modern standards. I also have a WRX wagon FWIW.

I have a 1966 Mustang, but it's not rare by any means. It's unique because I've made it my own, but it's originally just another "C" code.

As far as I know, my car is the only one with its VIN. Nobody else has my VIN, therefore my car is as rare as it gets.

rx7's are kinda rare, i rarely see any on the streets... and if you do, rarely is it a s5... either it's an fd, or a s4 fc... even rarer is an s5 t2.... how i'd like to get my hands on one of those... 🙂

Whats the mechanical differnece between a S4 and S5? Isn't the GTU the rarest RX-7?

s4 & s5 are series, s4 was 86-88, s5 was 89-91. Mechanical differences include lighter rotors in the s5, lighter body/chassis in the s4, compression was different, ummm... can't think of too much off the top of my head... I believe s5 GTUs is the rarest 2nd gen rx-7
