You should wear some vampire teeth and then when they go to sit on your lap you smile at them and tell them they've been very naughty.
I ain’t letting no little kid sit on my lap...

The urine smell would be a turn off anyway.I ain’t letting no little kid sit on my lap...
Hope to have mine furnished this weekend. I'm already $5K in after the purchase and we made out like bandits at an estate sale last weekend. The wife dropped $500 at walmart just getting kitchen stuff and bedding. With escrow, $600/mo on a 30 year note but shooting for 5 years. Going vrbo, I think.I've heavily considered picking up a small condo to do for Air B&B for the next 10-15 years. Pay off the place through rental income then downsize once kids are out and live cheap.

I did try investing in mutual funds a long time ago.
The one I was advised to pick tanked horribly and I lost about 99 percent of my money.
Mom set me up with an allegedly smart, well-paid advisor.
I dont trust them anymore. If they actually knew what the fuck they were doing, they'd be out there making money off the markets, not telling other people their secrets.
What mutual fund did you invest in that lost 99% of its value? It must had been specialized in the energy sector with a single stock in its portfolio being Enron???????
btw it is pretty well known the majority of financial advisors fail to beat the S&P 500. Invest in a blended fund and ride the tide.
Horse season right now and transient professionals/engineers. We're on the other side of the state from Myrtle so not really a vacation spot.So it just comes down to property type and what your intended market is.
