There was a hiccup about a month or so after I got it going where the speeds were just terrible. It eventually got straightened out and is pretty good. It farts every now and then, but it's no big deal.

Wow, how on earth do you remember that deal? That's exactly what it was. A 1GB/100GB for $7.50/mo. reseller account, half of which is rented to a friend, so we each get 500MB/50GB for $3.25/mo. Can't beat that unless you host it yourself, hehe.

Glad it's working out for you so far. That was a great deal, I wish it was still available.

Thanks, but we aren't that bad. :laugh:

We are a lot looser than most forums... one look at the "hot babes" forum will make that clear and we don't mind profanity. We are mostly about having fun. We draw the line at racism and hatefulness but other than that pretty much anything goes and is appreciated.

We allow hotlinking of pics from bbzzdd.com which is a plus for AT members and we have great raffles and giveaways too which is always fun. We enjoy a strong link with many members from AT and we are very welcome to AT members who have been "timed out" here. Hey, I got a timeout here once and definitely earned it, lol.

Heh, thanks. We had a rather large userbase then I got hacked somehow and I took them offline for a couple years. Hopefully the same wont happen again

I think their normal price for that plan is $14.95 or something, which I still think is a pretty good deal. Especially if you've got a friend or two that wants to go in on it with you. I don't even need the 500MB space for my site and I definitely don't need 50GB of bandwidth.

I think you had the right idea all along. Split the resellers account with a friend and you each get:

500MB disk space/50GB bandwidth for $7.50/mo, not bad.

I don't have any numbers, but they're plenty fast. Near instant loading. I'm pleased. And still grateful that you alerted me to the deal in the first place.

And yeah, I went into the whole thing wanting a "partner" to go in with me. Even without someone to split the cost and I had it on my own, 1GB/100GB is pretty darn good for $7.50. I think if the guy I went in on it with me decides he wants out, I might try to turn it into another (smaller) AT pic host, dunno. I have no need for 100GB of bandwidth and while 1GB of storage may not be a huge amount, it's enough to run a smaller pic host, I think.
