Do you have a CCW permit?

do i need a concealed permit for a knife?
It depends on the knife. Most reasonable pocket knives aren't going to be considered a lethal weapon, unless you're specifically carrying it with intent to harm someone.

Now if you're planning on taking your KBAR knife out strapped to your leg, than that's a different story.

As always, check http://www.packing.org for details for your particular state. I think they have sections for knives.

Not only that but knives are usually NOT covered by state CCW programs. It's usually guns only.

And yes, I do have a carry permit (Oregon). Unfortunately I currently live in PA & haven't yet gotten a PA license (and thus no PA carry permit) so it doesn't do me much good.

No reciprocity between Oregon & PA.

Like this one?

Dad has one of those that he carries occasionally. I've never shot it myself.

I prefer Stainless/natural like this one, especially for pocket carry, the finish on most looks pretty bad over time.
