not necessarily because it's the first day of the week, but it's my early day... so Sunday night, I crawl into bed around 1-2 am (my usual work-night bedtime) and have to wake up at 6 am, three and a half hours earlier than I do for the rest of the week. and it bleeds over into Tuesday a bit; by the time I get home from work on Monday afternoon, I'm so tired that I have to take a nap, but then that means that I'm not as tired as I should be on Monday night, so I'm up super late and still tired on Tuesday.
