I can't handle it well.... mentally it deteriorates my confidence.. and it starts deteriorating my physical health

my face is aging with bags and lines.. I don't have young cute boyish look anymore :/

Yes, dammit! I handle it JUST FINE, thank you...I'm fine. No problems. Stop staring at me...I'll finish the project on time! I don't need you standing over my shoulder! Yes, I know I've got only an hour left, but I'll make it...sheesh...leave me alone!

I need more coffee.

I will be honest, in many situations i am ok, but that has to do with work. With family/personal life, I do not handle it well at all.

I'm usually fine. Trying to graduate, breaking up with my girlfriend of two years, securing my first job out of college and closing on my first house simultaneously uncovered a stress-triggered auto-immune disorder however. Apparantly, I'm so hardcore that when I get really amped up, my immune system might get impatient and start attacking itself.

With most issues about work/school/friends I handle it well - relationships not nearly as well, but i wouldn't say I handle stress badly. The two areas I could improve on are dwelling on things I can change/control and dealing with incompetance at work <- That will probably give me a heart attack one of these days

You have Lupus ?

On the whole, yeah. That's not to say I won't feel extremely guilty if I fail at something, but I get little or no stress during the actual assignment. Personal matters are another story...

nope
depends on what you mean? outwardly, i don't really tensd to show it but inside i'm freaking out.

actually, i have problems with showing emotions or telling people how i feel. i could be super pissed off but depending on who asks how i'm doing. i'll just say fine.

i have that problem with co-workers and my bosses.

I've always tended to deal with stress quite well. Though I'd prefer if my life would be a little less stressful, because it always is. But I always handle it well and don't let it affect me.

excercise, sleep, perform something artistic, last but not least, spend time with friends and family

many people forget that stress exists in everyone's lives at different times. don't become a robot.

Do go on! I'm very interested in hearing about this; I have to wonder if I have something similar myself.

Depends on the stressor.

As a former EMT-I, I always felt comfortable with that (can't even say it was stressing, really). Other stress physically drains me.
