No way... I think it's dumb to tip every tom, dick and harry during the holidays. Giving a holiday gift because you actually LIKE the person is one thing, but giving them something because it is the "holiday" thing to do out of pressure is stupid. People earn a fair wage and if they want more, then they should look for a better job.
