Personally, I doubt it would even make national news...at least not immediately. Maybe after half a dozen killings - but not right away.

It would make the public a little less angry I'm sure, but still it's not a cool thing to do and I'm sure the police would still have a very concerted effort to take this frigger down.

In fact that would make him a serial killer whereas now he is just a random shooter, and serial killers attract a lot of attention.

The cops would be going after him just alittle less aggresivly because he is taking the law into his own hands.

he is already considered a serial killer... multiple killings with the same weapon... is serial... look at Son of Sam killer.... multiple killings, same weapon, no M.O.

if he killed dealers/rapists/etc... he'd be a serial killer with an M.O.
