Do you guys keep multiple email accounts on your phone?

Is is really convenient but I am just afraid of security and etc. For example, Apps that can potentially have access to the password of your email accs and what not.

I have 3 main email accounts. The first of them is on Outlook, the second on Gmail. Both of those forward to a third email account which is hosted on a web hosting server I pay for, on my own domain.

On phone and desktop I use Outlook/Thunderbird to only read email from the third account, but I use the other two for different reasons, mostly logins: the Google one for Android/Play Store stuff, Google Docs, etc; the Microsoft one for Xbox Music, Bing Rewards, Office, etc. I use one for work, the other for family and friends. I use 2 factor authentication on both of those accounts.

Gmail and work/MSexchange accounts, both running through the iOS email app

Yep, I use the Outlook app (for MS Exchange/work), and the Gmail app (for personal emails).

Yes, 2 personal (1 gmail and 1 yahoo), 1 for school on the gmail app on Android.
