Do you guys keep connected/disconnecting dell verizon online dsl?

Need to reconnect Verizon Online DSL. Dell has $75 rebate offer right now, but I already did it about 4 months ago. If I activate the verizon service through dell under same name/credit card number, will I get the rebate again? How long can I keep doing this??
