Do you guys "fake" laughing at your colleague's or boss's jokes?

I must be a Vulcan because I almost never really feel any of their jokes are funny so I almost always do a "fak polite" laugh at their jokes.

It's hard for me to be totally comfortable around my superiors or those I work with so that I cannot "truly laugh". It's almost like I am a little kid around "adults" so that I feel I have to be "well behaved". Am I unusual?

If the joke is really stupid, I'll smile and chuckle quietly (to keep the ass happy). I try not to go overboard, because when people "fake" laugh, its usually obvious.

I hate my boss(es).

I'm the happiest person you'll ever meet.
I'll laugh at anything.

Last week, I saw a big dumb dog sniffing a tree as I was driving down the street (ALONE).
I started lauging out loud cuz the dog looked so funny sniffing the tree (go figure).

so yes, I'll laugh, but it's never a fake laugh. if it's a REALLY lame joke, I laugh at how lame it is!

Laugh for real. Really. As in "ha ha ha eh eh, that's so lame!" A big smile really helps you pull it off.

I'm like urameatball on most days.

eh, i sorta fake laugh, i'll usually just grin and give a little laughing sigh. But actually i love to observe people and how they act. especially when someone is fake laughing. I usually can tell really easily if they are faking.

Yep. I find myself doing it more to my father-in-law though. He tells the most stupid jokes I think I've ever heard.
