This morning a few of us had a nice conversation regarding this subject. None of us have experienced outright hatred in this industry.

Your comments about searches and scenes filled isn't a comment on us but a comment on the consumers. We produce the content that sells. So while your facts may or may not be true (I would bet they are), that fault lies with the public.

We feel it comes down to homophobic males being scared that they might have been aroused by another man and they lash out.

Inside our industry it's all unicorns and rainbows. I'm sure there's a couple rotten apples in there somewhere, and sometimes conflict is manufactured for publicity, but otherwise we all love each other.
 
I never said it had anything to do with the producers, I thought that was a given since we were talking about the consumers in the babe thread. You produce content that sells, and what sells is whatever looks exactly like what the consumer wishes they had. It's not just about hot ass, it's about the consumer's experience and identity. Unsurprisingly, old white straight men flip their shit when they see what they know is a transwoman in their babe thread.

I have eaten many hearts. I wind up eating the hearts whenever we cook chicken or turkey because the woman is grossed out, but I don't want to waste the meat.

I probably have like 600 hearts.

Its got nothing to do with "homophobic males". What got everyone pissed was that one person posted a funny gif, and you mis-interpreted that as an invitation to post about a dozen pictures of trannies. They weren't funny, and they didn't belong in the Hume thread.

You then headed over to the Babe thread and started posting more pictures, intentionally not disclosing that they were trannies (although most were obvious).

I don't care what floats your boat. But just because something gets you off doesn't mean it gets everyone else off. And just because YOU think that it should, you call everyone haters.

From what I see, you're the one judging people.

It has already been suggested that if you want to start your own thread over in L&R - go right ahead and more power to you. But don't start slamming everyone else because they aren't turned on by the same things that turn you on.

Maybe, maybe not. There is a lot of like minded people, and some smart folks. I certainly have learned some "life lessons" from offtopic, if just only from the stories of other nerds getting burned.
 
skimple, you got so many facts wrong or missing (including some terrible behavior from the bad mods here) that I don't even know where to start.

Bottom line is, of the 5 techy forums I participate on, this is the only one that shows hatred of any group of people. This forum is the hate filled heartless one. If there weren't some good people/posts, I'd just leave, but I am done with this thread.

That's a mod callout. It's not that people don't want to see something, it's that babes are not even allowed in the HUME post.

Your trannys should remain outside the babe post as well, and not in the hunk post either IMHO.

If you feel there is a need for this here, ask the mods to sanction a picture thread for you.

This is one of the only forums where nerds act like themselves and not some sort of blessed ubermensch. I love relevant self-depreciating humor, its why I watch Louie.
