I get a bit of water on my face and rub. Much more than that and I break out.

I am possibly the most groggy person in the morning. I enter the shower with my eyes closed, brush my teeth, use clean and clear stuff on my face and like to get it in my eyes as it wakes me up.

Also use clean and clear moisturizer after shaving etc.. Should have never started on that path because now face feels terrible if you dont moisturize it.

I use soap with aloe. Sometimes I'll mix it up with moisturizing body wash. My face gets washed with the rest of me. When I shave, I use aftershave. Although that's mostly alcohol, so I don't know how much moisturizing it does.

I probably should take better care of my skin. I have dry skin issues. (If I were black I'd probably qualify as "ashy.")

But having a dry face keeps the acne down - I never really broke out in pizza-face like the other kids.

Nope. Barely wash it unless you concider shampoo run off washing. My skin is nice. Sometimes lotion when i get a dry spot from my stubble. By mostly no lotion either. I do lotion my hands every morning and lots throught the day.

This.

I can't remember the last time I actually used soap on my face. I tend to take long showers and that does the trick. Soap is only for the smelly body parts, like George Carlin says.

I rarely shower in the morning too. Morning is for sleep, I shower at night most of the time.

Nothing. Just water in the shower and that's it. Or maybe a small cleansing from the shampoo that comes off my hair. My skin doesn't get as oily later on in the day as it used to (when I used cleansers). Coming from someone who used to suffer acne, facial skin cleansers really are not necessary.

I arrived at that conclusion fairly quickly.

Acne cleansers, and face washing in general, really just made everything worse, and created an endless cycle.

They just dried my face out and that made acne worse.

Now, it's maybe once every other month, that I actually put soap to my face. The typical routine: I basically just splash water on my face a few times a day.

In the winter (NW Ohio here), I'm more likely to use a lotion of some sort on my face. I usually use a sensitive skin after-shave-type moisturizer.
I've been experimenting with the Dove For Men face moisturizer on days that my face just feels dry. It's been getting more humid - in the summer, it seems rare I need to put anything on my face.

Washcloth + warm water in the shower and then I'll use moisterizer (anything from baby oil to whatever oatmeal based lotion my wife pics up) immediately after a quick towel dry while still in the steam of the bathroom.

All cleansers ever did was mess up my skin.
Diet fixed my skin problems. Not some chemical wash.

drinking water is the best moisturizer. that crap you put on your face is a waste of time and money. but, hey, you do what's best for you. (-:

I use a flannel two or three times a week, it has helped cut down in ingrown hairs a huge amount (I used to get a few a week, now I might get one a month).

I put E45 or something similar on my forehead and bald head every day after washing, otherwise it gets very dry.

They have moisturizers specifically marketed for manly men. It's probably the exact same formula but with a different label on the bottle.

My wife mentioned reading about someone spotting that "Ibuprofen for period pain" has a pink box however it's identical to normal Ibuprofen.

Water is important, but without decent cream my skin would be in a really crappy state (ie. dermatitis).

Some moisturisers might be a waste of time and money.

I'm in my mid-20s and still have a bit of an acne problem. Using moisturizer on my face every morning is 90% of the cure for me.

I just rub my face while water is raining down from the showerhead. I prefer not to use soap or any other cleansers because it dries out my skin.

If I've been sweaty, I use a little bit of the rinsewater from my shampoo.
