I actually called sick this morning! My ribs were hurting after playing hockey last night. I play goalie and as I was on the ground, reaching for the puck, someone from the other team did a belly flop and landed on me. Owww! :Q

ok...so I made it the whole day...good thing I went in today too...made more money today than I have the whole rest of the week combined

I did throw up when I went to lunch, but I blame Denny's, not my illness

Call in sick.

I hate it when other come in coughing and hacking when they are sick, so I don't do that to my coworkers.

I go into work, else someone else has to stay and do my shift(2-10p). I haven't trained the person that would take over, so I come in. Most of the time I'm not overly busy and don't see many people, so I can just put a sweater on and close my eyes for a bit, if need be.

The last time I was off sick was nearly 2 years ago, knelt down to do somethimg and my kneee went crunch. 6 months later it was still giving me some trouble so I decided to lose some weight and 1 year and 75lbs later, it does seem an awful lot easier.
