according to company policy, i'm an hour and a half late every morning. but no one follows or enforces that rule.

I have flex time too but I still get to work before most people to avoid traffic and to get good parking.

Usually around 30 minutes early....I was 15 minutes late this morning though......damn dog threw up in the hallway. Nothing says GOOD MORNING like a pile of dog puke.

never early, and rarely more than 15 minutes late.

I once came in an hour early by accident, and the 2nd shift guys didn't say a thing -- they just took the opportunity to leave an hour early, and I didn't realize it until the other 3rd shift guy came in at 1 am. I'm not on the clock, though, so it makes no difference if I'm <15 minutes late... plus, I usually leave 30-60 minutes late.

haha i was wondering when some smart guy on AT would bring the "what if i am >5 <15 min" I would say 10 min late is late :)
