Do you get the song Black Parade?

This song, as described by Gerard when he recently appeared on Fuse, says the man in the song they called "the patient" is dying in a hospital. His most treasured memory was when his father took him to a parade when he was a young boy. Gerard says he believes that when you die, death comes to you in any form you want it to. So as this man is dying, remembering his father and the parade, death comes to him as a black parade.

Interesting... What about the part where he says something like "feels like she's watching over me." Whats the "she" referring to?
 
I figured the lyrics were pretty clear.

[*]The first part is a nice childhood memory of his father, "When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city".
[*]In the middle his dad dies, "Because one day I leave you, a phantom".
[*]At the end the mother and son will carry on, "Though your dead and gone believe me your memory will carry on." "And though you're broken and defeated, your weary widow marches on".

The first part of the song is really good. The rest sucks. But I guess he was trying to portray the angst of the loss in contrast to the happy childhood.

I think it is the mom. The weary widow that marches on.
