Not really, but.. I'm sure that it's more-or-less a combined function of experience, fearlessness, and cluelessness, not necessarily in that order. Kind of like getting into the driver's seat of a car for the first time. Or getting behind the wheel of an unfamiliar car, even though you are are an experienced driver. If you are concerned, then you aren't totally clueless about the potential effects; that's likely a good thing. But yeah, I still sort of say a small prayer before I power-on a new build. Just a little extra safety-net from the Lord above.
I rarely, if ever, get the LEDs the right way around the first time though. It scares me when I do, because then I wonder what
other mistake that I made instead of that one, generally to a more-important part. (I figure it on a scale of mistakes-point allocations, almost like an RPG. Do you allocate your points on a low-level mistake, or do you save them up, and work towards a high-level mistake? I try to squander tham on low-level mistakes early on.
