If so, get out your automatic and try something different dirtbag. It seems people who went thru the stick learning process has more patients for people who are just starting up on this 5spd or 6spd thing. Of course, we have the people who only driven automatics who just run around you and flip you off Just wait till i get this downpat and its on. :|

oh ya.. pray for my bucking and stalling stang engine! please for i have sin.

:evil:

I have no patience for anything. And if I stall my stick shift car, I expect to be honked at. (I deserve it)

why would you honk? it's not like the driver is doing it on purpose to piss you off. assuming it is a manual driver who isn't very good, i'm sure a car honking behind him will help him along.

patience++

If you can not competently drive without stalling, get the hell off the road before you cause an accident.

When I am in my truck and some jackass stalls, I get right behind them and rev my engine. I have aftermarket pipes which makes this quite loud and distracting to the other car. Then they can not hear their own engine, and usually stall it as a few more times before taking off.

stalling is embrassing. I drive a manual and i know how it feels (i did stall a couple of times during the first 6 months...)

but taking a long time to get ur car started and get urself moving again (more than 3 seconds) is just being a failure.

I don't smack the horn for a stall, happens to everyone at some point.

If someone's driving is that pitiful, I overtake and get away from them as fast as possible.

i was, am and still will be perfectly competent with the 5 spd on hills with no one behind me.

however once you add that car behind me and the slight amount of pressure things go awry. ive stalled twice, but i can get it started back up quickly. other than that its jus tthe knowledge of someone behind me that gets me scared and i often release the pedal to fast.

After driving an easy 1000 miles a week for a few years, I've lost the road rage.

I honk at idiots who rear-end each other during rush-hour and turn everybody elses commute into hell.
