Do you gesture while talking on the phone/net?

Obviously when we're talking to another person we use a lot of hand gestures and body language to relay what we're talking about. However over a voice based connection or even text based connection that is impossible. However, do you find youself still doing it out of habit, or no? I know I do it out of habit and totally unconciously.
