I'm pretty good about clearing it once a day. There is the oft chance I die while using the internet though.

Not really, although I have my History delete automatically. The only History that exists is Recently Closed Tabs, which is like the last 10 or so. There are some things I'd prefer my Mom(mainly ) never knows about, but I'll be dead and that wouldn't affect me.

I assume my stuff could be seized/spied on at any time, and act accordingly. Everything's tidied up as I go, and things I don't want anyone to see are encrypted.

One thing I want to do is devise a deadman's switch that'll give my daughter access to the stuff I want her to have or deal with. Haven't given it much thought, but I need to get on it.

Nope. I do most of my even mildly skeptical browsing In Private or Incognito.

I tend to be pretty good about clearing the history. I don't really go to any questionable sites but I do hate the idea of someone possibly snooping, or websites downloading it via javascripting etc.

Anything that would indeed be considered questionable by the government gets done in Tor. Or sometimes I use Tor for casual non questionable stuff to mix it up a little.
