I did for a while, got super duper ripped (could curl like sets of 125 lbs, squat 500). Then college came, now I'm fat Guess I will work my fat-ass off this summer.
I attend Krav Maga Self-defense courses and have practiced Shaolin Gong Fu for three years. My daily exercises consist of combat training and hard and soft Qi Gong along with various forms.
