Right side ctrl + I for opening/closing my bookmarks. First finger on ctrl and another finger on I.

Left side for everything else.

Left hand does copy/paste, ctrl+shift+(right hand)arrow to select text, windows key+D or L or R or pause|break, ctrl+t, alt+Tab.

Right Ctrl- Enter for websites FTW!!!!

I also use Windows Key + M all the time to minimize everything on the screen, and Win key + R for Run, Win key + E for Windows Explorer.

That's about it.
