Do you ever just get a random chill? - Shoots through your body

I've always had em, but recently more often...

Usually when im fairly warm.... I get a quick shiver and then a chill shoots down my spine, out my arms, down my legs and into my fingers... Really quick, only lasts 2-3 seconds...

Anyone else get this?
