Don't remember ever having a dream like that... but I tend to not remember any of my dreams.

I had a dream where I got stabbed. There was a big weight on my chest, like my breathing was heavy. I woke up to find my cat sleeping on me and purring.

A "happy ending" is where your girlfriend wakes you up and she's purring.

I've been woken up in good ways before, but I don't recall purring as one of them
