Do you ever give up the right of way?

I try not to and I prefer people to not give up theirs simply because I find the roads to be the safest when the drivers around me are the most predictable that they can be.

no, because it can cause accidents. with the exception of if an accident is imminent because the other person does not yield to me when i have the right of way. its not like im going to just plow into them on purpose. but if you mean slowing down and stopping for no reason and then waving someone through, no, unless its a merge in heavy traffic. so yes, sometimes, but no, never. does that answer your question?
