Do you ever feel the need to spend money unnecessarily?

I don't look all that often, but when I do - it is usually really expensive stuff, and sometimes extremely expensive.

Such as today, I bought my current car last July and today I'm browsing pickups, and seriously considered going for a test drive. I've lost the car battle twice, looks like I might be going for a third!

The problem is I talk myself out of buying the model I really want because it is too expensive... so then I settle on one that is cheaper. Then I think about the car I want and get something else but still don't spend the full money.

I'd save more money just by dropping the full $$ but I just can't!

i used to do that, but found a way to turn it off in my brain

now i actively seek out and destroy anything that will cost me money
