Do you ever call your pets by their 'given' name?

I noticed today that 75% of the time.. i call my cats by nicknames i gave them, not the names i originally gave them...

Simba (Given)

Simba-Bimba, Baby Boy, Little Man, Donkey, Idiot, and Weiner.


Xena (Given)

Baby girl, Fatso, Chubba-Lubba, The Blob, Cutie, and Vagina.

nicknames are their true names dude 🙂
 
eh? are you guys giving your pets middle and last names or something? How complicated can a name be that you need to give it a nickname? :Q


My pets names are phoebe, boots, and cody. I suppose I call cody "dumbass" occasionally, is that what you mean?
 
Gordon - Red Lored Amazon Parrot - Usually called Gord When he gets nasty... BIRD!!

Delilah - Chihuahua - Poochini(closest word to the sound a Jawa makes),Beans, Beans&Weenies When she craps on the rug(a very rare occurance) Effing DAWG!!

Alfie - Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix - Alfs, Alfaralfa, Mr Pounce. When he craps on the rug Stupid DOG!!!

Chesapeake - Chocolate Lab(ice blue eyes) - Chess, Pounder, Poundcake, - when she drinks from the toilet OUT!! only word she seems to cower from.

Dysfunctionally Functional.

Violet..Mix Breed. Sometimes I call her Haleys. It really isn't a nickname as it was the name of my dog I had before her and it just slips out. It doesn't seem to bother her as she loves me just the same

my roomate had a little grey kitten named "grey". but i decided that since it looked exactly like nermal from garfield, it's new name had to be nermal.

BTW, the first part of the name is the kennel name... Our kennel name is Evergreen, the O'Ragtime is tribute the the champion that shagged my bitches 😉

i just started reading that book today
 
there is our weiner dog....her name is lucy, i call her lucy, weiner, dog-o, and wiener dog

there is also our black lab who lives outside, realy name is burnet, i call her burnet, dog, and big fat dog

edit: i also call the weiner dog "whiner dog" when she whines.
 
My cats name is Kat (less confusing for him), it is also kitty and meowers. He is pretty independent so never felt like revealing his "hidden" name to me..........🙂

My dogs name is Brutus (1/4 Rottie 1/4 Pit 1/2 chesapeake)
I call him Brutus..and sometimes Bud (short for Buddy....not that other stuff!) 😉

Gotta cat we named Kitiara, but I usually end up calling her Spaz, meathead, crackhead, or shytehead, Spaz being the most frequent..
